Description
Here we have the most wonderful vintage Daws Creameries copper milk churn. Dating from around 1935 this is a lovely nostalgic piece from the days milk was collected from outside farms and delivered to dairies.
Daws Creameries was a dairy factory founded in 1932 under the Royal Albert Bridge in Saltash, Cornwall, England. It existed until the 1970s.
This would make a perfect shop or pub display piece. It would look great in a farmhouse kitchen. It would also make a great vintage prop.
It’s in good condition, with a lovely patina – it has signs of wear in line with its age.
