Delivery & Returns

When can I expect my item?

Orders will normally be sent out within 3 working days but we aim to send items quicker where possible.  If you need something delivered in a hurry, let us know as we can normally use a quicker service however additional charges will apply.


Postage Costs

We deliver in the UK using a combination of Royal Mail 1st class post, Royal Mail Recorded/Special delivery and a Courier Service, depending on the value and size of your package, and where we are sending it.

We will email you to let you know your parcel has been dispatched. Parcels within the UK will normally take 2-5 days to arrive from date of sending.


Can you combine postage on my items?

Of course!  If you purchase more than one item we combine postage wherever possible.  Any postage over payment will be refunded once your order has been received.


Can I collect my item?

We are based in Northern Ireland.  If you are a local customer, you are more than welcome to collect your item from us in person.  If this is the case, please notify us in the additional information section during the online checkout process.  Any postage over payment will be refunded once your order has been received.


Do you ship internationally?

Please contact us directly if you live overseas and would like an item delivered.  We will provide you with a delivery quote.  This will vary depending on the item you are enquiring about and where the item needs delivered to.


My item hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If your parcel does not arrive within 7 days please email [email protected] and let us know so we can chase it for you.  Please note that if the parcel does not arrive within 7-10 days and we are not notified it could result in the parcel being returned. The original postage cost cannot be refunded and the same postage costs will apply to re-deliver the items so please keep your eyes peeled.


Can I return my item?

If you are not happy with your product, let us know straight away. If you want to return your item, we will be happy to refund you as long as the goods are in their original condition and packaging.  Please contact us first before returning any goods.

Items must be returned within 5 working days of receiving your order. Please be aware that on non faulty items, we cannot refund the postage and we will not be responsible for covering the return postage costs.

Please make sure items are well packaged, as we cannot be held responsible for breakages in returned items.  You should also ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.


I would like to cancel my order

If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please email us at [email protected]  If you order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns procedure set out above.


My order is damaged, what should I do?

If you receive a damaged item from us, please accept our sincerest apologies. Please contact us immediately to inform us quoting your order number and ideally with a photo of the damage.  We do our best to ensure that our products are wrapped sufficiently to survive their journey to you but we do have to rely on third party companies to deliver your goods to you and breakages unfortunately can happen from time to time.  Please note that vintage goods will have natural wear and tear consistent with its age and we try to point out any obvious natural flaws in our descriptions.
